I requested a real estate videography session. What’s the next step?

You’ll be contacted by Caitlin via the phone and/or email you provided in your booking. I will send you a Statement of Work to sign which includes the details of the project. Once that’s signed, you’ll receive an invoice from Square for the deposit on your project. The deposit is applied towards your final invoice. We’ll work out the details of shooting and timeline for editing after payment is made on your deposit.

Tell me about your cancellation policy.

Life gets busy! And plans can change. For real estate videography sessions, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required per listing. This deposit is applied towards the final invoice. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. You can reschedule the same listing up to two times. A third reschedule may result in the cancellation of your session without a refund on your deposit. All videography sessions are subject to weather cancellations at the judgement of Nasca Creative. Weather cancellations will not count against the listing.

I received an Adobe email to sign a Statement of Work. What is that?

You will be sent a Statement of Work to sign before work begins (whether that’s videography, graphic design or any project). This Statement of Work outlines the details of the project including timelines, billing, etc. It sets expectation for both Nasca Creative and the client. Please review the details in the Statement of Work and feel free to ask questions or request changes before our work begins.

How is billing handled?

Nasca Creative utilizes Square for all invoicing and payment. The exact details of billing for the services you’ve requested are outlined in your Statement of Work. Deposits for real estate videography are non-refundable though they are applied towards the final invoice. Invoices are issued via email and can be paid by check or card.

I have a design in Canva – are you able to edit that for me?

Yes! I work regularly with Canva and all of Adobe Creative Suite products along with additional software programs. You can share any document type with me and I can make changes for you.

What if I need more than one edit to my project?

Editing changes are outlined in your Statement of Work. A certain number of edits are included with all projects and there are additional charges for edits requested outside of that.

I saw something in your Etsy shop or Portfolio that I love but I’d like it customized. Can you do that?

Yes! Most designs can be customized to include your logo or changes to texts, colors, etc. I’m happy to accomodate design requests for a change fee of at least $25.
